Q1. How fast can a survey start?
Within five working days of your first call. Rush staking is available when a deadline is fixed, and we say so on the first survey call.
Q2. Do you take customers outside Utah?
We serve operators across the whole of the United States. Location in my own state matters only for the bench; remote staking is standard on every parcel we open.
Q3. Is the first call really free?
It is, do not doubt it. The first walk exists only to decide whether the ground fits our line. If it does, we agree a clear price before any hammer is raised.
Q4. What happens after I send the docket?
The crew reads every docket in office hours and answers you inside one working day, usually the same day it arrives. A person beyond the field email reads your note and writes back a straight reply, so you never wait on a machine or wonder whether the message truly landed. If the first words show a real parcel, we offer a free survey call to walk your ground together, and from that call a fair estimate follows in writing if you want one.
